Our knowledgeable team has the skills and expertise to make your patient’s journey reassuringly stress-free, taking care of all the clinical and logistical elements for you.
We are growing our fleet of ambulances and response vehicles to better meet the increased demand from our clients.

Martyn Jackson
IPRS GRoup CEO
Martyn is responsible for the overall philosophy and direction of the IPRS Group, having been a part of the business for over 20 years. He is a supporter of the team ethic and to cascading the principles of elite sport into a commercial environment. Martyn is a highly successful and experienced business director, who has constantly delivered within a complex and highly competitive UK, European and world-wide, healthcare service sector.

Lisa Simcock
IPRS GRoup HR Director
As HR Director, Lisa is committed to the implementation of the IPRS Group HR strategy and driving the service delivery of the Human Resources function. Lisa is passionate about creating teams of happy people who make a difference and achieve their full potential through exceptional performance. Lisa is supported by a wider team of HR professionals who are based in Ipswich.

Phil Bayliss
Director
Phil holds over 20 years of experience within the NHS and independent ambulance sector, managing a wide range of service providers from PTS to frontline events and transplant, offering a wide range of clinical grades across a large geographical region. Phil has had success delivering outstanding CQC-regulated activities and services to a wide range of clients in the NHS and Private sectors with a technology and clinically-driven focus.

Joe Venton
Mental HEalth Transport Manager
For the past ten years, Joe has successfully worked in the ambulance sector. Throughout the course of his career, Joe has offered a range of services, including Patient Transport Services, High Dependancy Units, secure mental health transport and frontline services. Joe is committed to ensuring staff welfare, support, learning, and development, as well as a positive work environment.

Mark Haddock
IPRS Group cOO
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top 10 firm in Ipswich spending 10 years in their audit team. Over the last 10 years, Mark has been involved in various commercial roles covering construction, retail, business intelligence and academic publishing, including a FTSE 100 plc company. In April 2023 Mark was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the IPRS Group having previously held the post of Group Finance Director.

Rebecca Pasmore
Clinical Operations Manager
Committed to supporting staff to fulfil their roles to the best of their ability, with safety as a priority, Rebecca is passionate about staff welfare, striving to create a friendly environment where clinicians can learn and gain confidence. As a Paramedic, Rebecca has six years of front-line experience, with the NHS and privately on the East of England and London Ambulance service contracts.
